Running time unveiled for new Saw movie Jigsaw unveiled
The running time for Jigsaw, the eighth instalment of horror movie franchise Saw, has been unveiled.
Jigsaw has been directed by Michael Spierig and Peter Spierig, the German brothers who have previously been behind the camera on thriller Predestination and horror Daybreakers. It will be released into cinemas on October 27th this year.
The movie is a short one and will clock at just 92 minutes, the second shortest in the franchise's history.

For the new movie producers Lionsgate have tapped Josh Stolberg and Pete Goldfinger, screenwriters behind Piranha 3D and Sorority Row, to write the script, with original director James Wan and creator Leigh Whannell serving as executive producers.
The series has grossed over $873 million at the box office and was thought to have concluded in 2010 with Saw 3D: The Final Chapter, but has now returned for another movie.
