"Festivals are such incredible spectacles, there's this mass of humanity..." hmv.com talks to Joe Thomas and Iain Morris

If you're a fan of Channel 4's hit comedy The Inbetweeners then you'll probably need no introduction to Iain Morris - one of the show's co-creators along with Damon Beesley - or Joe Thomas, who stars in the show as the brilliantly awkward Simon Cooper. Now the pair have reunited for a new comedy which packs all of your worst nightmares about festival-going into one hilarious weekend.

The Festival is directed by Morris and stars Thomas and Hammed Animashaun as two friends headed to a music festival for a weekend of fun, but while one of them is having the time of his life, the other is struggling to let himself get into the festival vibe, facing an awkward confrontation with an ex-girlfriend and a series of humiliating attempts to win her back.

Also starring Nick Frost, Jemaine Clement, Claudia O'Doherty and Noel Fielding, the film arrives on DVD shelves on Monday (December 10th) and we caught up with Iain and Joe to talk about their latest comic adventure.
