This Week's New DVDs: March 12th 2018

Paddington 2, Only The Brave, The Florida Project and Genius are among this week's new releases on DVD.

After melting all our hearts in 2015, the beloved bear gets a second run on the big screen.

Hugh Bonneville, Sally Hawkins, Julie Walters, Jim Broadbent, Peter Capaldi, Imelda Staunton, Madeleine Harris and Samuel Joslin all reprise their roles in the sequel with Ben Whishaw back to voice Paddington and Hugh Grant and Brendan Gleeson joining the cast.

Grant plays Windsor Gardens’ local celebrity, Phoenix Buchanan, a vain, charming acting legend whose star has fallen somewhat in recent years, while Brendan Gleeson plays Knuckles McGinty, a notorious safe-cracker and legendary strongman who becomes an unexpected new ally for Paddington.

In the sequel, we find Paddington searching for the perfect present for his beloved Aunt Lucy’s 100th birthday, and, after he spots a unique pop-up book in Mr Gruber’s antique shop, he embarks upon a series of odd jobs to buy it. But when the book is stolen, it’s up to Paddington and the Browns to unmask the thief…
