Deadpool 2, On Chesil Beach, Life Of The Party and Supergirl are among this week's new releases on DVD.

The second instalment from the motor-mouthed superhero arrives on DVD shelves this week. 

The new film will see Ryan Reynolds’ Wade Wilson return and face off against Black Tom, a well-loved nemesis from the X-Men comics. To help him in the fight, Deadpool forms a team of mutants called the X-Force to protect a young mutant from the time-travelling soldier Cable.

Josh Brolin and Atlanta star Zazie Beetz take key roles in the sequel. Brolin will play Cable, while Beetz will portray Domino. 

John Wick co-director David Leitch takes charge of the sequel.

Ian McEwan’s hugely acclaimed novella gets the big screen treatment. 

The movie stars Saoirse Ronan, who scored an Oscar nomination aged just 13 when she starred in the hit adaptation of Ian McEwan’s Atonement and now she reunites with McEwan for the second time for this new drama, set in 1962.

Ronan plays Florence, while Billy Howle stars as Edward. The pair have just been married and are spending their honeymoon in a small hotel on the Dorset seashore, it’s a honeymoon that starts off happily but quickly goes wrong.

Anne Marie-Duff, Adrian Scarborough, Emily Watson and Samuel West all co-star, with Dominic Cooke directing, working from a script supplied by McEwan himself.

Melissa McCarthy headlines this upbeat comedy.

McCarthy plays Deanna, who finds herself bereft when her husband suddenly dumps her, decides to turn her life around by going back to college...landing in the same class and school as her daughter, who’s not entirely sold on the idea...

Starring alongside McCarthy are Molly Gordon, Maya Rudolph, Debby Ryan, Julie Bowen and Gillian Jacobs.

Ben Falcone, McCarthy's husband, directs, working from a script he and McCarthy have written together.
