Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri and The Shape Of Water win big at the 2018 BAFTAs

Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri and The Shape Of Water were the big winners at the 2018 British Academy Film Awards. 

The ceremony took place last night (February 19th) at the Royal Albert Hall with Joanna Lumley taking charge of the event. 

Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri was the big winner, scooping up five awards, including best film, best British film, best actress for Frances McDormand and best supporting actor for Sam Rockwell. 

The Shape Of Water also did well, winning three awards, including the Best Director award for Guillermo Del Toro. 

Gary Oldman won the Best Actor gong for Darkest Hour, while Allison Janney won best supporting actress for her role in I, Tonya

Other winners on the night included Call Me By Your Name, Dunkirk, Blade Runner 2049 and Baby Driver.
