The title for the brand new comedy from Danny Boyle and Richard Curtis has been unveiled.

The film, which will be titled Yesterday, is due out this summer. The movie's first trailer will debut later this week.

Yesterday tells the story of a struggling musician who wakes up one day to find he is the only person who can remember the songs of The Beatles.

Newcomer Himesh Patel leads the way, with Lily James, Kate McKinnon, Ed Sheeran, Ana de Armas and Lamorne Morris also in key roles.

Sheeran has also contributed new music for the film, which will sit alongside some choice cuts from The Beatles' back catalogue.
