Tom Cruise injured during high-octane stunt for Mission: Impossible 6
Tom Cruise has been injured during the making of Mission: Impossible 6.
The actor was injured in an accident, which was unveiled by TMZ last night (August 13th).
In the video, Cruise is left limping after attempting to leap across a gap and falling short during a stunt.
The extent of the actor's injuries are currently unclear and there's been no word on whether filming, which is taking place in London, has been shut down.
Cruise will return in the new movie for a sixth turn as Ethan Hunt while Jeremy Renner, Simon Pegg and Rebecca Ferguson are both confirmed to come back for the new film.
Henry Cavill and Angela Bassett join the cast for the new film, director Christopher McQuarrie, who made previous instalment Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation, will return to direct, a first for the series which had previously seen four different directors take charge.
The next film is currently confirmed to arrive in cinemas on July 27th in 2018.
