Wes Anderson's next project set to be France-based musical
Wes Anderson's next project looks set to see the director overseeing a new musical set in France.
According to French publication Charente Libre, Anderson will begin work on the film in the coming weeks. The movie is set in south-west France, specifically Angoulême, the capital of Charente, and it will be a musical.
The report also mentions that production is set to get underway later this year, though there are no details on plot or casting as yet.
This new project would represent a quick follow-up for Anderson, who only released his latest effort Isle Of Dogs into cinemas back in March. It would also be his first time attempting to film a musical.
