Wristband Ts and Cs
All events are subject to change or cancellation at short notice, any changes to the event will be announced via social media. Please check our social media channels for any event updates or changes before travelling:
Entry is restricted to customers with a wristband only. Wristbands will be made available on a first come, first served basis, limited to one per person only with a copy of the album. We cannot reserve wristbands.
In the interest of fairness to fans please bring a valid form of photo ID (which matches the name on your pre-order) with you on the day of the event.
Wristbands cannot be resold or transferred under any circumstances. Any resale or transfer, will invalidate the wristband and any and all wristbands received as part of such transaction will be void, prohibiting entry to the in-store.
We reserve the right to refuse wristbands to any person whom we reasonably believe to be a ticket broker or tout or associated with any ticket broker or tout.
We ask that customers attending our in‐store events purchase their items to be signed from HMV, this is to help us to continue to host in store events and to support the artist(s) themselves.
Sufficient stock will be available to ensure that all customers can purchase their items on the day of the event. Items to be signed may be limited to one per customer so that as many people as possible can meet the artist/s
Posed photographs with the artist(s) are not guaranteed and photography is at the discretion of the artist(s) management. Please speak with a member of event security regarding any restrictions on photography, as details differ from event to event.
Please be aware that by attending HMV events, you consent to your voice, name and/or likeness being used, without compensation, in photographs, films and recordings for exploitation in any and all media.
In order to ensure a safe event for all customers, hmv reserve the right to refuse entry to the event at anytime for health and safety reasons.
