Edgar Wright's Last Night In Soho gets late 2020 release date

The film will arrive in cinemas on September 25th, with Universal Pictures releasing it.

A release date for Edgar Wright's new movie Last Night In Soho has been confirmed. 

The film will arrive in cinemas on September 25th, with Universal Pictures releasing it. 

Last Night In Soho, which Wright has written alongside Penny Dreadful scribe Krysty Wilson-Cairn, will star Anya Taylor-Joy, best known for her roles in Split and Thoroughbreds. 

As well as Taylor-Joy, the film also stars well as  Diana Rigg, Terence Stamp and Rita Tushingham, Michael Ajao, Synnøve Karlsen, Thomasin Harcourt McKenzie and Matt Smith.

Last Night In Solo is billed as a psychological horror, set in the heart of London. Production is currently ongoing in the UK capital. 

The film is Wright's follow-up to Baby Driver, which grossed over $220 million at the box office in 2017. 

The director has confirmed that a sequel to Baby Driver is in the works and work on the script has begun.
